[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the the respondents herein to produce the minor daughter of the petitioner, detenue herein, namely, N.Rasheeque Banu, aged about 15 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty forthwith, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue has been secured and handed over to the petitioner. He further submitted that the accused has also been arrested.

3. In such view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
