This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at 6.30 pm, until further orders imposed in para 5(b) of the order dated 06.01.2025 in Crl.OP.No.9 of 2025. SUNDER MOHAN, J.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the aforesaid condition even once; and that the investigation is pending.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to relax the condition in para 5(b) of the order dated 06.01.2025 in Crl.OP.No.9 of 2025. 4.
