This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 20.02.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] for the respondent and also perused the materials available on record.

3.On the complaint given by the petitioner dated 20.02.2014, an enquiry was conducted by the police in CSR. No.25/2014 and on completion of enquiry, further action has been dropped on 30.08.2014 by the respondent police. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
