Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records from the file of the 2nd respondent herein pertaining to the impugned rejection order dated 05.01.2023 of the online application of vide TN-7202211232830 CAN.No.133371421335117 in transaction No.TNCIT000000007762233 dated 23.11.2022 to quash the same and consequently directing the 2nd respondent herein to issue a legal-heirship certificate of the petitioner's deceased father Gopal Mudaliar pursuant to his online application dated 23.11.2022 in the light of a circular vide Circular No.11/2017, RC.No.RA5(3)/180/2017 dated 9.8.2017 issued by the Principal Secretary / Commissioner of Revenue Administration, Government of Tamil Nadu within a stipulated period.
