Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari filed Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or order or direction in the nature of a Writ of Certiorari-fied-Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order of the 1st respondent, the Secretary to Government Revenue (Nee.Mu.3 (2) Department in Reference G.O.Ms.No.404 Revenue (Nee.Mu.3(2) Department dated 12.7.2005 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to assign the lands measuring 0.80.0 hectares and 0.40.0 hectares in S.No.867 and 869 Periyapodhu Village, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District to the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that in spite of the efforts taken by him to conduct the writ petition for the purpose of arguing the matter, the learned counsel is unable to do so and the registered post sent by him was returned.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents also states that the petitioner passed away. Under these circumstances. The cause arose for the purpose of filing the present Writ Petition became vanished. Thus, the Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
