Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. B.R.SANKARA LINGAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.P.NAGARAJU, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time in Crl.M.P.No.6800 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.No.975 of 2020 dated 17.12.2020 for depositing a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- by two weeks.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.This Court while suspending the sentence, had directed the petitioner to deposit Rs.2,50,000/- by 19.01.2021 and if not, the order would stand cancelled automatically. The petition for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

extension of time filed only on 10th February 2021. Time cannot be extended in the order which has been cancelled. Hence, this petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition for suspension of sentence.
