This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to register the FIR based on CSR No.109 of 2021 dated 24.12.2021 on the file of the second respondent. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.12.2021, initially enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.109 of 2021 and later a regular case has been registered by the second respondent in Crime No.26 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 323, 324 & 506(ii) of IPC.
