PONGIAPPAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.1808 of 2022 IN CRL OP.102 of 2022 KESAVASARMA [ PETITIONER / ACCUSED ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, ALL WOMEN POLICE STATION, UDUMALAIPET, TIRUPPUR DISTRICT (CRIME NO.22 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the bail condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, on every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.OP.NO. 102 of 2022 order dated 12.01.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.102 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the condition imposed vide order dated 12.01.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.102 of 2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, on first working day of every month at 10.00 a.m., till filing of the final report. -sd/- 17/02/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
