This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to follow the Employment Exchange seniority as per GO.Ms.No.65 Labour and Employment(N2) department dated 30.03.2007.

On perusal of records, now the petitioner is aged about 48 years and as such the petitioner is not entitled for any post, since her age is barred for any post. Therefore, the direction sought for in this writ petition cannot be issued. As such, this writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
