ORDER

Today, when this criminal original petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent police submitted that after the completion of investigation in Crime No.16 of 2021, the 1st respondent police filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate - III, Vellore and the said final report has been taken on file in C.C.No.19 of 2023 on 19.01.2023.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent police, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the final report filed by the 1st respondent police. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
