ORDER
The petitioner, claiming himself to be husband of the socalled detenue, has filed this petition to direct the 1st respondent to produce the body of his wife, G.Jayasree, aged about 20 years, now under the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent and set the detenue at liberty forthwith.
2. The so-called detenue by name, Jayasree, aged about 20 years along with her father, are present before this Court. When we personally enquired the detenue, she categorically denied the illegal detention by the father/3rd respondent and she refused, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
either to talk with the petitioner or even to go in for mediation. The detenue, in no uncertain words stated that she wanted to go with her parents.
3. Recording the statement so made by the detenue, the detenue is permitted to go along with her parents as per her wish. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, as no further order is warranted.
