These petitions have been filed to extend the time already granted one year in TR.CMP.Nos.639 & 651 of 2021 on the file of Sub Court, Alandur by further six months.

3. Upon being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed accordingly.

4. Furthermore, this Court extends time limit to complete the entire process in HMOP.Nos.177 & 163 of 2022 on or before 30.04.2023 without any unnecessary adjournment will be given.
