By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to grant permission to conduct the cultural programme of Adal Padal on 09.02.2019 at 7.00 P.M. to 12.00 P.M. at "Sri Mariyamman Temple Festival" Bargur, Bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering his representation dated 26.01.2019.

3. The Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents submitted that the representation given by the petitioner has been considered by the second respondent and rejected for the reasons mentioned in their proceedings in Na.Ka.No.03/Bargur Police Station/Adal Padal/2019 dated 31.01.2019. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order, if he is so advised. No costs.
