2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 05.07.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioners and hence the matter was posted on 08.07.2021. When the matter was taken for hearing on 08.07.2021, once again there was no representation for the petitioners. In order to give one more opportunity to the petitioners, the matter was again directed to be listed on 13.07.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but so also none represented on behalf of the petitioners.
