Prayer in W.P.No.26255 of 2012: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2012 directing the 2nd respondent to pay the monetary arrears of 6th Pay Commission and Leave encashment pay etc., and the Gratuity arising out of the order of re-designation dated 21.04.2008 of petitioner's post as Lab Assistant from Lab Attender, with interest.
