Ka.No. 1A/5C/1/10-11, quash the same and also, direct the Respondent to allow the Petitioner to continue in the same station, i.e. in Sivagiri, Erode District.

ORDER

(through video conference) The Writ Petition challenges the Order in Ka. No. 1A/5C/1/10-11 dated 07.10.2010 passed by the First Respondent temporarily transferring the Petitioner from Powerloom Factory, Sivagiri to Somasundaram Super Spinning Mills, Manamadurai.

Learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that after the filing of the Writ Petition on 02.12.2010, the First Respondent by Order in Ka. No. 1A/5C/ 1/10-11 dated 23.12.2010 has re-transferred the Petitioner from Somasundaram Super https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Spinning Mills, Manamadurai to Powerloom Factory, Sivagiri and he has produced its copy, which has been placed on record. He has further submitted that the Petitioner has been attending duty thereafter and would retire shortly. In view of the aforesaid subsequent events, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition.
