2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner . Mr.G.Aravindan, learned Advocate undertakes to enter appearance for the respondent. Both sides made a joint statement that the matter has been settled.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, and recording the statement made by the counsels on both side, this petition is ordered and delay is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the revision petition, if the papers are otherwise in order.
