2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The matter pertains to the property dispute between the parties. This matter cannot be enquired by the police. Hence, the respondents are directed not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry and the parties shall be relegated before the appropriate Civil Court.

4. In view of the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
