This petition has been filed seeking to amend the satisfaction of the Court as the X Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Egmore instead of Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Egmore in Crl.O.P.No.747 of 2024 dated 22.01.2024.

3.Considering the submission, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the petition seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.747 of 2024 and also issue a fresh order copy in order dated 22.01.2024. Time is extended for executing the sureties till 15.03.2024.
