These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 548 days in filing the petition to bring the legal heirs of the second respondent; set aside the abatement caused by the death of the second respondent and to bring on record the legal heirs of the second respondent in the above appeal suit.

2.Ms.Lakshmi Vijayakumar, learned counsel undertook to file vakalat for the proposed respondents.

3. Considering the nature of dispute between the parties and in order to advance substantive justice, these petitions are ordered, accordingly.

4. Post the appeal suit on 23.02.2025 for arguments.
