amount of Rs.40,548/- from DCRG amount of the petitioner with 18% interest from the date of retirement.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent filed a counter. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died on 07.09.2011.
