ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the lower/Trial court to dispose of the trial proceeding in S.T.C.No.435/2017 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Jeyankondam, within the time framed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. It is seen from records that Final Report was filed by the respondent police and the same has been taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Jeyankondam in S.T.C.No.435/2017. Thereafter the case is being adjourned time and again and the trial itself has not effectively started in this case.

3. Taking into consideration the facts of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Jeyankondam to dispose of S.T.C.No.435/2017 within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
