The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hand of the respondent offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(g), 4(1)(aa), 4(1A)(ii) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act r/w. Section 328 of IPC in Crime No.84 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is stated that the petitioner was found in possession of 70 litres of illicit arrack and 200 litres of fermented wash. It is also stated that there are seven previous cases against the petitioner. 3.Taking all the factors into consideration, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
