Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to refix the salary of the petitioner accordance with the V Pay Commission Report as per G.O.M.S.202/2008 dated 24.09.2008 issued by the 1st respondent and refix the pension of the petitioner with effect from 01.06.1998 and direct to pay the arrears to pension amount.
