Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondent had contacted him yesterday and had informed him that the respondent will be surrendering the vehicle to the applicant.

Arb Appln N0. 267 of 2025 under normal circumstances would have closed this application, this Court is adjourning the hearing of the case in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant that the respondent has agreed to surrender the vehicle to the applicant. If the respondent fails to surrender the vehicle on or before the next hearing date, this Application shall stand automatically closed granting liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to repossess the vehicle from the respondent.
