O R D E R

This writ petition is heard through Video Conference on account of COVID-19 pandemic situation.

2. This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2013.

3. According to the petitioner, he owns a land of 0.24 cents adjacent to the Government land. The fourth respondent is the adjacent owner of the land as per the scheme of Tamil https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Page numbers

Nadu Government Free Pasumai Scheme House. The fourth respondent shall have two cents of land for construction of house as approved by the respondents 2 and 3. According to the petitioner, the land that was shown by the fourth respondent is belonging to the Government and he is constructing the house on the Government land, which would seriously prejudice his interest. It is also stated that the petitioner had filed a suit in this regard in O.S.No.211 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif, Polur for a permanent injuction, the fate of which is not known.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader represents that the fourth respondent has already completed the construction and has been residing in the said house. Therefore, nothing survives to be decided in this writ petition. However, the petitioner is neither appearing in person nor through counsel. Therefore, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 3, to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2013, if not disposed earlier, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent and pass orders on merits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
