This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 9(b) of the order dated 11.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.30890 of 2024.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3.Considering the submissions and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30890 of 2024 on 11.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once is a week i.e., every Monday 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
