Mr.Manishkumar, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of respondent no.1 / original applicant. He says, he does not wish to file a reply to the application, and that, he does not oppose the relief prayed for, by the applicant / original respondent.

To be noted, prohibitory order dated 16.02.2015 was passed in Application no.344 of 2015, whereby the respondent no.2 / garnishee was restrained from paying the amount, claimed by respondent no.1 / original applicant.

Mr.Pradeepkumar, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 / original applicant says that since payments have been made since then by the applicant, he has no objection to the prohibitory order being raised. 4.

It is ordered accordingly.

4.1 The respondent no.2 / garnishee will, henceforth, make payments to the applicant / original respondent.
