O R D E R

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking exemption from surrendering pursuant to the sentence passed against the petitioner in judgment dated 31.10.2019 made in Crl.A.No.280 of 2017 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Erode, confirming the judgment of conviction dated 05.10.2017 made in S.T.C.No.199 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Judge No.I, Erode and enlarge her on bail, pending disposal of the above Crl.R.C. 2.This Court, by order dated 21.12.2020, had suspended the sentence of the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1694 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.No.234 of 2020. In view of the above, the petitioner is exempted from surrendering before the Lower Court. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
