The Criminal Revision case filed under Section 397 read with 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure to set aside the order dated 12.09.2011 made in C.A.No.63 of 2011 on the file of the Additional Sessions Judge & Fast Track Court No.2, Gobichettipalayam modifying the order dated 09.05.2011 made in C.C.No.168 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Gobichettipalayam and awarding maintenance to the respondent at the rate of Rs.2,000/- per month under Section 20(i)(d) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005. ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.
