[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 49 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2. Heard MrS.Johan J Rajasingh, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioner State.

3. Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned Senior Counsel for Mr.L.Palanimuthu appears for R1 to R4 and R5. Mr.S.Prabakaran, learned Senior Counsel for Mr.Ma.Gouthaman appears for R7 to R9. Mr.K.Venkataramani, learned Senior Counsel for Mr.M.Muthappan appears for R6. They have no objection in allowing the petition.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission on 03.02.2026, if the papers are otherwise in order.
