Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2019, consequently direct the respondents to issue patta in petitioner's name with respect to the property bearing No.227/3 (as per new UDR S.No.288/25), Mookanoor village, Sankarapuram Taluk ad measuring 0.01.42 Sq.meter. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2019 and consequently direct the respondents to issue patta in petitioner's name with respect to the property bearing No.227/3 (as per new UDR S.No.288/25), Mookanoor village, Sankarapuram Taluk ad measuring 0.01.42 Sq.meter.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.11.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve

(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
