ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Additional Mahila Court, Udhagamandalam to dispose the domestic violence case in D.V.C.No.23 of 2021 pending on its file, within the time fixed by this Court.

2. In view of the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the civil revision petition, even without notice to the respondents.

3. The 1st respondent herein initiated proceedings under the Domestic Violence Act in D.V.C.No.23 of 2021 against the petitioner and other respondents.

4. A perusal of e-court status filed in the typed-set of papers would suggest the enquiry in the said case was already completed and the same was posted for passing orders from 18.01.2024. In view of the same, this Court is 2/4

inclined to issue a direction to Additional Mahila Court, Udhagamandalam to dispose of D.V.C.No.23 of 2021 pending on its file, as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
