O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the fourth respondent to include the names of the legal heirs of one Nanja Reddy in the revenue records pertaining to the subject property.

2. Heard Ms.M.Pavitra, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. The case of the petitioner is that Nanja Reddy was the owner of the subject properties and patta No.758 was exclusively given in the name of Nanja Reddy pertaining to Survey No.827 and Patta No.953 was given in favour 2/4

of Nanja Reddy as one of the joint patta holders for the property in Survey No.832. The said Nanja Reddy died leaving behind his legal heirs. The legal heirs wanted to include their names in the revenue records in the place of Nanja Reddy. Hence, representation was made in this regard. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

If the legal heirs of Nanja Reddy wanted their names to be included in the revenue records and for issuance of patta by including their names, an OnLine application has to be submitted before the fourth respondent along with all the particulars. Hence, there shall be a direction to the petitioner and other legal heirs to submit an OnLine application before the fourth respondent seeking for including their names in the revenue records/patta pertaining to the subject properties. On receipt of the same, the fourth respondent shall deal with the application and take a decision within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of the N. ANAND VENKATESH, J gm OnLine application. If there are any other interested parties, they shall also be 3/4
