2. This application has been filed to grant leave to the applicant / plaintiff to sue the defendants 1 to 15 in the petition mentioned suit.

3. Though the defendants are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court, the Registered Office of the AICF is situated at Chennai. Further, in accordance with Article 21(ii) of the AICF Constitution and Bye-laws, any suits / legal action in respect to the AICF, shall be instituted only in the Courts in Chennai. Moreover, in view of the order passed by this Court, only the election has been conducted. Therefore, in view of the above, a substantial part of the cause of action has been arised within the jurisdiction of this Court.

4. In the said circumstances, the leave prayed for by the applicant is granted. This application is allowed accordingly.

5. Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
