Petition for modification of the bail conditions imposed by the learned Vacation Judge, Vellore in Crl.M.P.No.1821 of 2015 on 14.5.2015.

2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is suffering out of head injury and there is nobody in Krishnagiri to take care of him and he has also abided the condition for seven days.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side)

In the facts and circumstances, the condition to stay in Krishnagiri and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Krishnagiri is modified to the effect that he should stay in Walajah and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Wallajah on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m for a period of three weeks. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
