ORDER
(By S.Vaidyanathan,J.) Petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition praying to direct second respondent to consider her representation, dated 23.12.2019, and to direct third respondent to comply with the directions of second respondent in proceedings O.Mu.P2/23871/2019, dated 05.12.2019.
2. In view of the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, we direct second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.12.2019, and pass appropriate orders on merit and in
3/4 accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
3. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.No.8574 of 2020 is closed.
