This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to produce the detenu, by name Suresh, son of Alaguraja Perusal, aged 35 years, before this Court and to set him at liberty.

3. At this stage of the hearing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the detenu had been arrested and remanded to judicial custody, in respect of Crime No.96 of 2015, on the file of Thirukazhukundram PEW.

4. In view of the said submission, we find that no further orders are necessary. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
