The transfer petition is filed to withdraw FCOP.No.497 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Erode and to transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram.

2. The respondent herein filed a petition in FCOP.No.497 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Erode, for dissolving the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent which was solemnised on 26.10.2020. The petitioner would submit that at present she is living with her parents at Kolapakkam, Chennai and for attending the hearings at Erode she has to travel around 400 Kms. She would submit that it is very difficult for her both physically and financially to attend the hearings at Erode. Therefore, she has come forward with the present transfer petition.

3. Considering the above facts, the transfer petition is allowed. FCOP.No.497 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Erode is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
