Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent in his letter SW(4)/40556/2019 dated 04.11.2019 and quash the same and thereby direct the first respondent to issue eligibility certificate for the petitioner for admission into BAMS Degree course for the academic year 2019-2020 in the 3rd respondents college. ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the letter SW(4)/40556/2019 dated 04.11.2019 by the first respondent and thereby, direct the first respondent to issue eligibility certificate for the petitioner for admission into BAMS Degree course for the academic year 2019-2020 in the 3rd respondents college.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner filed a writ petition for rejecting the eligibility certificate for the academic year 2018-2019 for BAMS Degree course. However, during pendency of the writ petition, the first 2/4

respondent issued a conditional eligibility certificate for the admission of BAMS decree course for the academic year 2019-2020 vide order dated 29.01.2020. In this regard, an SLP has been filed before the Hon'ble Apex Court. Therefore, no further order is necessary in this writ petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the first respondent, the writ petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file appropriate writ petition before the appropriate Court if the first respondent are passed any adverse order in respect of the eligibility certificate. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
