This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for cancellation of the bail granted to the petitioner on the ground that the respondent has not been appeared before the Trial Court everyday at 10.30 a.m., till the completion of the trial as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2962 of 2024 dated 26.02.2024. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. On 04.11.2025, this Court, called for a report from the Trial Court with regard to the respondent/accused-1 has complied the bail condition as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2962 of 2024 dated 26.02.2024. The report has been received from the Principal Special Judge, (I/C), Principal Special Court under NDPS Act in Dis No.7759 of 2025, dated 20.11.2025.
3. In the report, it is stated that by the learned Judge that the respondent/accused-1 has not appeared and comply the condition after 15.03.2024 and failed to abide with the condition as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2962 of 2024 dated 26.02.2024.
4. Hence, this Court is inclined to cancel the bail granted to the respondent on 26.02.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.2962 of 2024.
