ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to grant 30 days ordinary leave for petitioner's husband Mr.Karunanidhi @ Karuna, Son of Manokaran, Life Convict Ct.No.15157, now confined in Central Prison, Cuddalore, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the convict sought leave on the ground of his son's marriage. He further submitted that the marriage itself is over. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this habeas corpus petition stands closed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if so advised.
