This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing directing the 7th respondent to include the name of the petitioner as BT Assistant, selected by the Teachers Recruitment Board under the Government Schools and Corporation Schools.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either sider and perused the materials available on record.
3. It is seen that now, the recruitment process has been changed and the petitioner ought to have passed the teacher eligibility test for any post. That apart, already the selection process was over. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be considered. Thus, the writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs. 17.08.2023.
