(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/mother of the detenue Abirami, daughter of Selvan, aged about 18 years, to cause production of her daughter, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The 3rd respondent is also before us. 3.On enquiry, the detenue stated that she is a major and that she married the third respondent. In support of her contention, she has produced a supporting document, viz., a copy of the Marriage Registration Certificate. willingness to go only along with her husband/third respondent herein and that there is no illegal detention by anybody. 4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue, a major, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered.
