(i) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners to condone the delay in preferring the above CRP.

(ii) This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to set aside the fair and decretal order in I.A.No.147 of 2018 in O.S.No.333 of 2005 dated 14.09.2018 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the first respondent. None appeared on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3. Considering the date of impugned order and delay in preferring this CRP, this Court is not satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed and consequently, the CRP.SR.No.15015 of 2019 is rejected. No costs.
