ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the suspension order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 22.08.2025.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the passing of suspension order, the petitioner was reinstated into service.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed.
