O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider transfer of the petitioner on medical grounds from Cuddalore warehouse to any other Government departments in Cuddalore District or nearby districts by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 29.11.2021.

2. According to the writ petitioner, she made a request to the respondents to transfer her from Cuddalore warehouse to any other Government departments in Cuddalore District or nearby districts. But, her representation was not considered till date and hence, the petitioner has filed the instant writ petition. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice if a direction is passed to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.11.2021, within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that if any vacancy arises, the said representation of the petitioner will be considered by the respondents on merits and in accordance with law.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.11.2021, and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
