Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order for an ad-interim injunction restraining the respondent, his men, agents, servants or anybody acting on their behalf from in any manner alienate, encumber or deal with the Schedule mentioned property more particularly set out in the Judge's summons.

This original application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this Original Application, as the sole Arbitrator has granted an order of interim injunction on 19.01.2018. He has filed a memo dated 05.02.2018 and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Accordingly, this Original Application is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the memo dated 05.02.2018 to the effect that the sole Arbitrator has granted an order of interim injunction on 19.01.2018.
