PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondent herein relating to Lr.No.4674/E9/2003 dated 10.03.2005 and quash the same and issue consequential directions to the respondent to disburse to the petitioner subsistence allowance due and payable to him for the period from 11.06.2003 to 31.05.2004, within a fortnight.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the same. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
