ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue K.Vijayasree daughter of Kannan aged about 19 years, to cause production of his wife, who is said to be in the illegal custody of the third respondent and to set her at liberty. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.S.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel for R3. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Today the detenue K.Vijayasree, aged 19 years, is produced before this Court by the respondent police.
4.On enquiry, the detenue K.Vijayasree has stated that she is residing with her father Kannan, viz., the third respondent herein and the petitioner U.Rajeshkumar has married her. According to her, there is no illegal detention by her father. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that due to some misunderstanding with the petitioner, she is residing with her father. She also expressed that she is not willing to go with the petitioner/husband. 5.Recording the statement made by the detenue herein and also taking into account the fact that there is no illegal detention by her father/third respondent, she is permitted to go with her parents.
